WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

We can provide services by the hour and also by the load, depending on the job. WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, check, or credit card.

WHAT IS A CUBIC YARD?

A cubic yard is a 3-dimensional unit of measure of a cube. It is Length x Width x Height. There are 27 cubic feet in a cubic yard. It will take a typical wheelbarrow 9 loads to equal one cubic yard. A fully loaded pickup truck bed can usually carry about 1-2 cubic yards depending on the material. Dump trucks can carry between 10-12 cubic yards, while trailers can carry about 20 cubic yards. HOW MUCH DOES A TON WEIGH AND COVER?

A ton weighs 2,000 lbs and the area covered depends on how thick the spread is. A ton spread one inch thick would cover roughly 250 square feet, two inches thick covers 125 square feet, and 3 inch depth covers 75 square feet.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR A JOB?

Typically, we need 24 hours to set the trucks and jobs up, though we can sometimes provide same day service depending on the job. Give us a call at 817-916-8053 and let us know what you need done.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE MATERIAL?

Material is measured in two units of measure, cubic yards or tons.

HOW MUCH DOES A CUBIC YARD WEIGH?

Weight depends on the material. Topsoil weighs about 2,400 lbs. Sand is about 2,700 lbs. Gravel is around 2,600 lbs.

HOW MUCH MATERIAL WILL I NEED?
